Pic of the Week 10-28-12

I hope everybody weathered the storm ok... Lots of downed trees here at home....

Here is a pic I found over on the JustOldTrucks message board. It was used as 'What am I' which is run by Jeff Lakaszcyck. Here is what Jeff said about the pic...

"...this truck is a Brockway from about 1931 or so. According to Bill White, V.H. Fette, was born on a farm near Dorchester on February 14, 1901 and passed away at a McCook hospital on April 2, 1974 at the age of 73 years. He moved to Wauneta Nebraska in 1922 and to McCook in 1939 where he was engaged in house moving. His Brockway looks pretty beat up so I'm guessing this photo was taken in the early '40's. Thanks to Edgar Browning for the photo."
