Pic of the Week 9-27-10

Yesterday our local ATHS chapter had a show at Dick Palmer's in Honesdale in honor of being in business for 50 years... They had a great turnout and it was a great way to finish out the show season...

A while back I posted a pic of one of Butch Grodack's Brockway's. While I was visiting Butch's garage he also showed me a 761 that he pulled out of a junkyard. I took a handful of pics of it but never climbed in the cab. At our show in Harford he mentioned that he was going to try to get it ready for Palmer's show, and during our conversation he said he thought it had two speed rears. I asked if it had two dogs on the grill, but when he found the truck it was missing both the grill and the hood.

Butch was able to bring the truck Palmer's yesterday and sure enough, it was a Huskidrive truck! If you remember, Paul P. had a pic of a Huskidrive 761 at a dealership so that confirmed that you could get Huskidrive on a 700 series. But I believe this is the first time we have seen one in person!
